GENERAL INFORMATION

  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

    Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged at all.

    Other jewelry can be replaced up to 30 days after receiving the it.

    Refund will be given to customers who send us to the jewelry within 3 business days from receiving the jewelry, the refund will be given after we receive the jewelry-unused and in it’s original box.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • • HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEVIED AND APPROVED?

    As soon as your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email to your own email.

  • I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?

    Unfortunately through the website is not possible, you can call us at:Support@galisjewelry.com

    Add an item to your order is possible if the order wasn’t delivered yet to the delivery service.

  • • I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

    If you want to change something in the order you will need to contact us immediately through customer service:

    We generally process orders within 1-12 hours, and once our studio workers has made your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

    Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase.

    Personalized jewelry is shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.

    Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays.
