Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchange at all.
Regular jewelry can be replaced up to 30 days after receiving the jewelry.
Refund will be given to customers who send us to the jewelry approximately 3 business days from receiving the jewelry, the refund will be given after we receive the jewelry-unused and its original box.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
